Our mobile application includes functionality where authorized employee/staff users share their live location with administrative users for attendance verification, visit tracking, and service duty management. For this functionality, the app requests Background Location Permission. Providing this permission is optional, but required for duty tracking features.

Our application requests access to your device’s Camera and Photo Storage to allow users (doctors/staff/clients) to upload profile photos, ID proofs (Aadhar, Driving License), education certificates, and punch-in/punch-out verification photos.

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service: including monitoring usage and managing patient enquiries, doctor assignments, and attendance logs.
- To manage Your Account: to register and authenticate users (Clients, Doctors, Admin staff) via OTP or credentials.
- To contact You: via SMS, email, telephone, or push notifications regarding appointments, duty updates, enquiry status, and security alerts.
- For performance of a contract: ensuring home healthcare, nursing, or medical services requested by Clients are properly fulfilled.
- To manage Your requests: processing patient enquiries, service feedback, and support tickets.
- For compliance & legal obligations: complying with applicable healthcare standards and legal requirements in India.
4. Disclosure & Sharing of Your Data
We do NOT sell your personal data. We may share Your personal information only in the following situations:
- With Healthcare Service Providers: assigned doctors, nurses, or caregivers to coordinate and deliver home healthcare services.
- With Administrators: system administrators for verification, attendance management, and operational support.
- For Law Enforcement: if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities in India.
- With Your Consent: We may disclose Your personal information for any other purpose with Your explicit consent.
